Remplacement d'un système de vidange par membrane gonflable

CARACTÉRISTIQUES
Taux de rotation des cellules hebdomadaire, sur différents produits. Pente 13° - 7 modules par cellule prémontés en usine Puissance installée 2.2 kW par silo Mis en route/arrêt automatique par PLC.

AVANTAGES
COMPARATIFS
Nettoyage parfait et automatique des talus résiduels à 80 t/h sans intervention humaine. Aucune réfaction du produit lors de la vidange. Possibilité pour l'exploitant de nettoyer le silo à chaque rotation hebdomadaire, et changer éventuellement de produit stocké.

ADVANTAGES
Automatic and perfect clean-up of residual piles at 80 t/h without human intervention. No degradation of product during reclaiming. Possibility of silo clean-up alter each weekly reclaiming operation, and reloading of a different product.
