CARACTÉRISTIQUES
Cale 55 x 10m, pentes 18°, hauteur de chargement 8 m. Modules prémontés en usine, 50 transversaux de longueur 4,7 m,
20 longitudinaux entre 10 tubes d'aspiration.
Puissance installée: 22,4 kW Vibrateurs ATEX, tôles en acier inox poli.

FONCTIONNEMENT
Les modules transportent la farine jusqu'au pied des 10 tubes d'aspiration, au débit de 70t/h par tube. Système actionné par impulsions depuis le cockpit dès que le débit d'aspiration du tube est inférieur à 70 t/h. Le plancher vibrant fonctionne au total 10 minutes pour un nettoyage complet du navire avec une capacité potentielle totale de 2.000 m3/h.

OPERATION
Modules carry the flour towards the aspiration tubes at 70t/h per tube. The vibrating floor is actuated by impulses from the operator in the control room, as soon as the unloading rate is below 70 t/h. The vibrating floor operates altogether 10 minutes for complete cleanup with a total potential capacity of 2.000 m3/h.
